As the Accor Vacation Club Travel program enables members to earn and redeem dollars through various ways expiry dates may differ. The expiry date of Discovery Dollars will be displayed within your account online upon login. To use your Discovery Dollars you must book your resort, hotel, tour or cruise prior to the expiry, however you can travel any time after this date subject to availability.

No. Although we can give you competitive pricing on flights, car hire and other travel related products, your Discovery Dollars are only available to use on the specified selection of resorts, hotels, tours and cruises.

Yes. You can book multiple resort or hotel rooms, tours or cruise cabins utilising your Discovery Dollars up to the maximum savings displayed against each deal.

Yes. Your Discovery Dollars are fully transferable to family and friends travelling with you.

On the homepage, click on "Activate New" and enter the "Activation Code" previously sent to you. You will be prompted to enter some important information e.g. email, password, first name, last name and at least one phone number. To complete the activation you will be required to agree to the terms and conditions. Finally, a confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your email address. Once confirmed, you are ready to login to the site and the Discovery Dollars that have been allocated to you will appear in your account.
